The cheapest option is to stay at the Pousada de Juventude do Parque das Nações (Parque das Nações youth hostel). This venue is actually where the first edition of Lockdown took place, in 2011.
This hostel has a train stop just outside (Moscavide) that is 3 stops away from the stop where you need to get out to arrive at Lockdown’s venue (Santa Iria). You can also take an Uber since it is a short and quick distance away.

To go to the venue you can catch a train at the “Gare do Oriente” station and exit at the “Santa Iria” station.

There are other hotels in the “Parque das Nações” area but they are more expensive than the previous alternatives. In this area you can use the “Gare do Oriente” station to go to the venue.
Alternatively you can also stay at one of the hotels, hostels or AirBnb in Lisbon, keeping in mind that a train station near-by will be useful to go to the venue.
